Please note, the cost of shipping is included in the box cost for ½ Pallet, Full Pallet and 2 x Pallets.

Returns Policy

Your order will be delivered by carrier.

Any items that you would like to return through no fault of our own, such as ordering the incorrect size/item or deciding that you don’t want the products, may be subject to a 20% handling and cancellation fee.

To be eligible to return the boxes they must be unused and complete.

You are responsible for paying any carriage for any returns to BRB BOXES.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the goods or find a fault please contact us at infor@brbboxes.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your boxes.

This is in addition to your statutory rights and complies with UK Distance selling regulations.

Cancelling an Order

Cancelling an order once the items have been shipped will be subject to a 20% handling fee and return shipping costs must be covered by you.
